As a former employee of the "infamous gay bar next door" I have a few theories as to why Mama's didn't make it. 1.) HORRIBLE HOURS-Mon - Thu 7:00am-3:00pm Fri - Sat:7:00am-7:00pmSun 7:00pm-3:00pm. I mean COME ON!!! It's a diner next to a bar/club..not just a bar but one of the most popular clubs in KC.. the only way you don't make money is by not being accessible to the masses or having bad food which brings me to 2.) BAD FOOD- enough said.
