This is really almost guilty until you are proven innocent and they are going to charge people not that aren't guilty of a DUI now when they go through a check point. We have laws already established in this country and in other states that are there to enforce DUI laws without creating a police state. I am not a drinker, but I see a major Civil Liberties problem here.

We have courts and a constitution for a reason. Everyone is supposed to be “innocent” until proven “guilty,” NOT “guilty” until proven innocent. Our justice system is the best justice system money can buy the right to remain silent and your Miranda rights don’t apply during a DUI stop. This is a violation of our constitution and the Kansas legislature is out of control Maybe Kansas needs to recall Brownback like Wisconsin is recalling Scott Walker. The best we can hope for is Occupy to make a real difference in this country.
