Cafe' Gratitude is a breath of Fresh air for any town it would find it's self in. It is very fitting to show up in the Heartland of America at this time in our history. It has beautiful intention, ingredients and values to learn by and teach our children.
Firstly, I am very proud of the KC founding owner Natalie who had a dream and made it become realized though very positive fund raising that effected the people of KC and beyond in numerous ways through the seminars that the Founder's of C.G. in California do and Intensanti (an incredible Intention/work out Natalie hand picked & teaches at Unity on the Plaza) . I know, I had been to 3 of the seminars. If businesses ran in the way that they do, we'd have a different planet. It's unfortunate what happened to a wonderful opportunity for so many, on so many levels when some of the C.G.'s in CA closed for such malicious reasons.
You know its good to have your food made by people who are happy and wanting to infuse it with that good energy, since everything is energy, why not choose it to be the good positive kind. There is very good energy at Cafe' Gratitude down at 333 SW Blvd. and I like to hang out with people in the same frame of mind while sip on "I Am Rejuvenated". So I am Elated to have such a positive place here in a City I love & I tend to celebrate good things with the best intention for everyone that will have it & that's what all involved with the cafe' would want you to have along with some really and truly wholesome, delicious food that is cutting edge nutrition in most cases.
