Even with the que-less system, I ended up making three trips to license my car.
I hope there is a thorough investigation of the Dep't of Revenue and this debacle. Weird things are happening in KS lately. Is it a coincidence that new ID laws are in place for this fall's election and that getting your ID is harder than ever?
