Actually got on here to read the article out of pure excitement that Barbosas is in KC FINALLY!!! Here is my recs in this order beef enchilada, cheese enchilada, taco, burrito with cheese, pork chili, and fideo. It's all great though.
Start with chips and beefy cheese, no doubt. We actually use to drive from Waldo kc to st joe just for it! So if your not bat sh*t crazy and your down for great family mex food it just arrived in kc! Enjoy the art work.
