The downtown Aixios location has a killer hanger steak that comes with either bernaise or peppercorn sauce, fries and a salad for $16. Worth every penny.
If you're looking for cheaper and bigger, check out The Quaff on Wednesday nights. Bigass steak, side and salad for around $11...granted, not the highest quality of beef you'll find in the city, but you can get two solid meals out of that giant slab of steak.
