Don't accidents happen? Does the court really think that slugger meant to peg him with a hot dog?! However, being in the path of a thrown hot dog is something everyone can say they are guilty of, but not liable for. At a game you don't assume hot dogs will poke your eyeballs out. Royals should settle with the man and learn from it.
