If you're in Johnson County (usually Leawood) try Chef Baldee's Pizza (www.facebook.com/baldeespizza) where you'll find THE BEST Pizza by-the-slice, hands down. No other truck is created like it powered by a Whisperwatt Generator. The dough & sauce are both created from scratch and made right on the truck. It's not a glorified delivery vehicle, either--the pizza is made right there with an impinger conveyor oven. The dough is made with extra virgin olive oil and the sauce is patterned after a 50-year old family recipe that includes marsala red wine, fresh garlic, oregano, and 10 other spices. That's the Spicy/Sweet Sauce--so robust once you try a slice...you'll be glad you did! It's sooo healthy for you!
