      <![CDATA[Affirmative action is needed and contracts need to be set aside for MBE's and WBE's because if it wasn't, who's to say that our unconscious biases would not set in and hire the company with the white CEO compared to the one with the black CEO? One has to look back on history and see that we have come a long way but that is not to say that all racial barriers are dropped and everyone is treated equal.
