      <![CDATA[Truman, I hope your comments are taken with a large dose of skepticism. Sure you may find a better southern style food restaurant in the south, but to follow your logic one would stay away from French style restaurants unless they are in France and Italian restaurants unless they are in Italy.<br><br>Cafe Roux was a wonderful change from the local cuisine.
