      <![CDATA[Jasper: In the early 1990s, I worked at a restaurant right across the street from your shopping center at a place that was first called Cafe des Artistes and later -- same owners -- the Pacific Grill. I was a waiter amd bartender and the owners were the Lims, including the gorgeous Rita Lim, daughter of the Pine & Bamboo family.
