      <![CDATA[Your colleague Mr. Scherstuhl puts it well:  everyone wants to act like the '80s were all about Soft Cell and The Cure, but they were really about Huey Lewis and Billy Ocean (I think he said Billy Ocean). No one wants to admit what was really popular at the time.
