Who knows what a person like that could be up to when he gets to his destination.
Maybe he would target another university research lab with a wanted poster and verbiage that would scare the shit out of whoever he puts a picture of on it.

What if he freaks out on a plane about passengers wearing leather or eating slim jims and animal crackers in front of him?

Secondly, when what you are saying is inflammatory and incites others to illegal action, you aren't protected by a claim of 'free speech'. Handing out flyers that state "If they won't stop, than [sic] we've got to stop them" in this case could be construed as terroistic threatening.

That photo is from a protest Mr. Miller held last summer at the entrance to Shawnee Mission Park.
