Sorry, but unless you're driving an ambulance, a fire truck, or a police car, I really have to question your "need to run the red light." Without a pregnant woman about to give birth in the passenger seat beside you, what your argument comes down to is you should be allowed to put others at risk because it's more convenient for you.
