      <![CDATA[I'd have to point to the avocado...ala the Fire Burger from Burger Stand in Lawrence. The avocado perfectly sets off the habenaro/mixed pepper jam on top.

      <![CDATA[When I grill burgers at home, I'll use ketchup, mustard, pickle and maybe tomato and lettuce. But, if I have leftovers I'll refrigerate them and if I want to heat up a burger in the microwave the next day it will taste differently than it was hot off the grill, and I've found that peanut butter and bananas work best at that point.
