      <![CDATA[As somebody who would never consider ordering "food" at Applebee's or Chili's, I have to say that Cheddar's is surprisingly impressive. Consistently good food, some relatively healthy menu options, above average service, and bargain prices.

Their baked potatoe soup is made with real whipping creme.<br>
<br>
Rusty mentioned V's in Independence, which just happens to be my favorite independent restraunt in the area. Always fresh, always good.

      <![CDATA[We ordered our dinner from Bristol last night...does that count? I had an absolutely delicious lobster tail that made me wish for 3 more lobster tails when it was gone, so I'd say that makes it a "chain" that gets me. <br>
