Heat to Scalding:
1c Hot Milk
1T Butter
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
Mix the following:
2 Eggs Beaten
2 lbs diced fresh Zucchini
1T ea: Chopped Pimento, Chopped Onion, Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 C Bread Crumbs
1/4T Salt (says T, I would salt to taste)
Dash of Pepper
Directions:
Blend with Milk Mixture and back in 1-1/2 Qt Baking Dish @325 degrees for about 1 hour
