      <![CDATA[You are right he could have, my only point was that he named it that I could almost guarantee to confuse people and steal the reputation of what others (someone I actually know) has worked to create. I can't speak to the work he does, but can speak to the fact that his company name is a trademark infringement.

      <![CDATA[I find it interesting that Ryan Weber chose to call his Tech Company KCnext when there already exists a Tech company based in Kansas City which is called KCnet (that was founded in the late 1990's)  I understand the desire though, he gets a lot of PR based on the success of another company without needing to actually prove the worth of his company.
