      <![CDATA[This is really almost guilty until you are proven innocent and they are going to charge people not that aren't guilty of a DUI now when they go through a check point. We have laws already established in this country and in other states that are there to enforce DUI laws without creating a police state.

      <![CDATA[To All Reporters, Quit Generalizing ! You Failed to Name all those Law Makers and name those Supporters , WHY, who are you protecting ? The people should know just exactly WHO those Law makers are and Supporters . Instead, Reporters nowdays just want to Generalize everything with 1 word, its NOT even reporting, not even 1/2 assed reporting at that, just some 1/2 assed Vague idea , description of those responsible for passing bills that will effect the rest of us. If we knew who these Nazi Morons were, we could Vote them out of office, or have them thrown out of public office ! Why the protection from the news media ???

      <![CDATA[If pepole are forced to "blow" I hope that the Breath Alcohol Agency Custodians will be maintaining the machine that tests Alcohol Levels properly. There has been a recent inquiry into whether Kansas Law Enforcement Agencies have been conducting Weekly Quality Control Checks as mandated by Kansas Regulation and Standard Operating Procedures AND the oversight of the agencies by Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
