      <![CDATA[The $cameras are legal in the sense that anyone can send anyone else a communication requesting money, but they are not legally enforceable. As more and more people find that out, more and more people refuse to respond to the $camera's requests for money and there's nothing the contracting jurisdiction can do about it except pay the money it contracted to pay to the $camera company for its 'services' in trying to $cam the citizens.

      <![CDATA[i think that if they are really good for the city and since we pay taxes on them too i think that the revenue thats being generated should go towards something that would help the city besides paying for the police paychecks and we all know that is the only reason they are fighting it,maybe the money could be used for any organization that helps better kc
