      <![CDATA[The non-alcoholic specialty drink trend...sodas, shrubs, etc., has picked up steam in KC in the past few years, and I have to say that the offerings at Justus, in my humble opinion, are unmatched. I'm always happy to have creative options available, but Chris has always made drinks that make me look forward to my visit in the same way I think of a favorite starter or main.

I think Chris is massively talented, but find it really unfortunate that (at least last time he chatted with our table at Justus a few months ago) he has decided to leave behind bartending and go to school in Portland to pursue alternative medicine, if I remember correctly.
