Love these added pics. Others should post theirs. PS. Tues actually died in '05.
Absolutely fitting that you would mention TUES. In his short run he was one of the most dedicated artists I ever met. He was also an amazing person - full of kindness and love. I agree this pic isn't representative of his work but still glad he got some props.
Kansas City will greatly miss Austin. VSB!Mayhem!

Tues was also Austin Lawrence Briscoe, my greatly loved son. Thank you for showing even a sample of his art work, so that his life will never be forgotten. His art work also lives on at the Underground Youth Facility at First Baptist Church of Raytown. Christian graffiti, scripture and nature scenes on curved walls done freehand is also part of his legacy. Everyday we miss his vibrant, loving personality. In the hearts of many in the KC area, Tues still lives.
Could you really not find a more representative picture of TUES's work, especially considering that many of his pieces and tags still run in a city that doesn't give a fuck about buffing graffiti? I know that the Baltimore alley is just a short walk from the Pitch offices, but for fuck's sake, at least give the dead their due.
