pinball machines rather than indie bands. From 3 to 6 p.m. Fridays, pinballing is free of charge at all six fab machines, including the 1995 Theatre of Magic, a foreboding magic trunk chained shut, and the newer Playboy machine, which reveals a little more boobie with each hit of the pop bumper. Other toys include Monster Bash, Attack From Mars, Monopoly and the timely Simpsons Pinball Party. Which one is the hottest commodity? Bartender Erica Goddard’s answer reveals the Replay’s grimy charm: “Probably whichever one works.” The happy hour also offers $2.50 Jack Daniel’s singles and more tattoos than you can roll up a sleeve at.
