The chefs at Fiorella's Jack Stack make it easy to understand why some barbecue aficionados like their grub to have toured the hickory a second time. The restaurants also appeal to barbecue lovers who prefer cloth napkins to a roll of paper towels: The Freighthouse District location (the youngest of the three) is like a barbecue cathedral -- a perfect spot to drape out-of-towners in luxury and authenticity.
