Decluttering is much less of a chore when Bon Bon Atelier holds a Swap-O-Rama event. Bon Bon, the stylish little boutique next door to Dave's Stagecoach Inn, invites its customers to bring in clean, undamaged item for its Swap-O-Rama. Offerings might include jewelry, clothes, accessories and household goods as well as some random stuff — a cat carrier, say, or a jeweled carving set. After place numbers are handed out, everyone has the chance to look through the pile of goods and pick out something new to them. The leftovers are donated to the Disabled American Veterans Thrift Shop. The Swap-O-Rama, which used to take place monthly, is now a twice-a-year event. That just means there will be more to choose from the next time Bon Bon Atelier fans declutter.
