We know Texas Roadhouse is a chain, but hear us out. We've eaten a lot of chili in this city, and we have yet to find a more satisfying bowl than Texas Roadhouse's Texas red chili. At least once a month, we drive up to Liberty or out to Olathe for the stuff. Every spoonful of Texas Roadhouse's chili is full of meaty chunks, just the way we like it and every cup or Texas-sized bowl is topped with shredded cheddar cheese and red onions. Even if we order a 12-ounce Kansas City strip, the carnivore in us can't resist ordering a side of chili.

Texas Roadhouse? Seriously?
Willie's, my friends, Willie's. I can't imagine watching an entire football game without at least two cups of their bordering-on-transcendent chili. Your offices are close to Willie's? Make the five-minute walk and print a retraction.
Well, I'm not telling you how to do your jobs. But seriously, Willie's chili.
