Best Cinnamon Roll
Chacko's Bakery
The biggest, most decadent cinnamon roll in town is baked daily by David and Rachel Finn, owners of tiny Chacko's, where all of the pastries are oversize and mind-bogglingly buttery rich. Unlike those vastly overrated, doughy, and bland T.J. Cinnamon's rolls, these square, flaky, and heavy ones (they weigh at least a pound) are loaded with spicy cinnamon and butter, and one roll easily feeds two people (or a small, underdeveloped country). Equally good is Chacko's variation called the Downtowner, which is a slightly smaller cinnamon bun rolled in granulated sugar and baked until it's a light and crunchy but moist piece of heaven. Both are fabulous dipped in coffee or hot chocolate.
