Best Example of Out-of-Control Chiefs Frenzy

Take your pick

Ah, fall -- when a Kansas Citian's fancy turns toward the Chiefs. So many memories … who can forget the "Schottenheimer Polka"? Price Chopper commercials featuring a gigantic Neil Smith looming over Arrowhead? Arrowman? William Jackson's piece on the best-dressed Chiefs players? Or the controversy between Westport and the City Market over who would host the "official" Chiefs rally? Actually, the scariest example is a personal anecdote: At a wedding reception, when the DJ played "Rock and Roll, Part II," everyone started chanting, "We're gonna beat the hell out of you, you, youyouyou! CHIEFS! CHIEFS! CHIEFS!" Perhaps a more accurate question should be: What isn't an example of out-of-control Chiefs frenzy? --JC
