Yes, this restaurant is part of the successful Oregon-based seafood chain that also operates M&S Grill on the Country Club Plaza. But the success of this operation gives it the resources to serve a terrific array of fresh seafood, and the catch is so varied that the kitchen changes the menu twice daily. Popular dishes include the cashew-crusted tilapia with a punchy Jamaican rum sauce; Atlantic salmon stuffed with crabmeat, shrimp and creamy Brie; and lobster ravioli in a cognac-tomato-cream sauce. It's not inexpensive, but it's such a dramatic alternative to what passes for seafood at rival restaurants (deep-fried catfish, deep-fried shrimp and deep-fried fish) that the freshness, polished service and attractive surroundings are more than worth the price.
