Luckily for those who tend to sweat what they drink, Re:Verse serves a cure every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. One of the best breakfasts in the city has all the essentials: crisp bacon, fluffy biscuits, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, perfectly frothed cappuccino and cold orange juice. The Toaster Sammy works especially well for a hangover; it's a sandwich built with sausage, bacon or ham with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese on Texas toast. Also doing the trick is the Mediterranean scrambled pita: two eggs scrambled with chorizo, roasted peppers, garlic and red pepper aioli and feta cheese, all grilled on a pita. But, a warning: At any hangover breakfast, you're bound to encounter d-bags who might not be finished with last night's party. We're looking at you, you pack of apes tormenting our poor waitress with pickup lines like "Do you believe in the hereafter? Then you know what I'm here after." That alone left us in need of a drink. Thank God, Re:Verse serves alcohol.
