But the European atmosphere also suits midday relaxation and refreshment. So make like a Spaniard and hit the restaurant's generous, seven-day-a-week happy hour, when sangria, premium well drinks and tapas are half-off. Happy hour happens from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 2 to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 4 to 6 p.m. Sundays. Afterward: siesta.
