The directions we got to this Spanish speaker's paradise said something about it being "behind the 7-Eleven," which made us a little apprehensive. But this happy party spot has one of the best dance floors ever, ringed by restaurant tables so that couples can find a little privacy when their feet need a break from cumbia or salsa. For those rare occasions when the live acts aren't entertaining enough, there are TVs set to sports and plenty of pool tables. The place gets packed, and the sound system could probably blow the clips off a bolo tie, but the bartenders move lightning-quick, dispensing beers and margaritas at shocking speed. Most nights, women get in free. And ladies, be prepared -- you'll meet more than a few cowboy-clad gentlemen who'd love to buy you a beer, take you dancing and, of course, take you home.
