Despite a name -- and menu -- loaded with double entendre, Captain Ribman's Meat Market is a combination sports bar and barbecue restaurant, not some college-town pick-up joint. Really. Sure, there's plenty of sexual tension at the bar between the curvy coeds and broad-shouldered college boys, but in the beauty Olympics, the pretty waitresses who dash around the dining room with plates of meatball sandwiches and fried Twinkies are definitely in the competitive class. "Oh, my goodness, even the customers comment on how attractive the servers are," co-owner Charlie Davis says. The dazzling staff is a testament to why Adam lost his rib in the first place, so that the world could have radiant riblets like Courtney Grams, Natalie Schmidt, Megan Koehler and Jessica Jenkins. The gold-medal contender is Elizabeth Kellison, who used to sashay on Italian fashion runways before returning to Kansas, having a baby and finding a distinctly less glamorous career shoving crocks of baked beans and thick pork sandwiches in front of patrons who probably don't read Vogue.
