Adrenaline junkies can trade jargon with Williams, who's just as happy to explain the simplest fixes to brand-new riders. Williams recognizes that times are tough, so workaday bikers will appreciate the effort that he and Prindle make to get the bikes street-ready — with riders still able to afford gas.
