Andy's Green Thing, a blend of Stoli, Midori, pineapple juice, grenadine and sweet-and-sour mix, is dangerously tempting in a drink-three-in-half-an-hour-and-call-a-cab kind of way. The ingredients explain its candy-sweet appeal but don't account for why the Thing is green on top, then fades from yellow to orange to red at the bottom of the martini glass.
