Flo's puts the dive in divetastic, and really, everyone knows that dives make the best neighborhood bars. Located in that small, block-long strip mall next to Princess Gardens, the Polk-A-Dot Lounge occupies a surprisingly spacious swath of space next door to Smoke Stack BBQ. A rectangular-shaped bar -- where only two types of domestic beer are available on tap -- dominates the front room. The back area, where the walls are aptly adorned with red and black polka dots, contains electronic dartboards and a pool table. If you're an unfamiliar face at Flo's, the grizzled veterans at the bar may stare at you. Thankfully, the natives are friendly here -- especially after so much canned beer -- so after that bit of awkward silence, all will be well.
