Best Night Out

U:Move Parties

Bill Pile is our shepherd. He leads us to neon pastures where the booze and beats flow like water. For a good night out, we shall not want. Though u:move has been around since 2002 (and Pile's own history in concert promoting goes back even further), it seems like the homegrown promotions company has grown to biblical proportions in the past year, especially since the relaunch of the clubkid-friendly umove.net. Big or small, most dance parties worth going to in this town bear Pile's stamp these days. Whether it's an intimate electro set from up-and-comers such as Treasure Fingers and Ghostland Observatory or a huge, dance-like-sheep rapture party by a ringer like Moby or Tiesto, u:move is usually involved from the get-go. Unless he's the one doing the spinning, however, Bill is often behind the scenes, pulling the strings that make the party happen. You won't know he's there, but you will move.

Bill is my hero! I love going to all his promotions, his music is tremendous and his personality seals the deal. I will be at all of Bill's club promotions!
