You need to be hungry -- really hungry -- to get all the bang for your buck at this attractive casino steak house. Even before diners wander over to the lavish salad bar, they've been treated to a big plate of red corn chips and a dish of smoky-flavored roasted poblano tapenade. Then comes the freshly baked loaf of honey-wheat bread, still warm from the oven, for slathering with honey butter. Next is the tough part. Tender prime rib? Chile-cured duck breast glazed with a sweet, tart ancho chile sauce? Juicy Kansas City strip? Finish a meal here and your head will be spinning like a roulette wheel. You'll still, however, be tempted to make one more bet -- on the chocolate-covered cheesecake. This is the only place in the casino where visitors won't lose anything. But they'll gain a few pounds.
