The world is becoming increasingly inhospitable to smokers. Cities want to ban smoking in restaurants, and the fight for smokers' rights is on. Few refuges exist where cigar aficionados can light up without feeling like a pariah. But the cigar lounge in McCoy's Public House & Brewkitchen remains a smokers' sanctuary. Just outside the main dining room, cushy chairs and couches line the cigar lounge. Windows reveal Westport Road, allowing cigar buffs to peep the revelry.
