On weekend nights, two words sum up the crowd waiting to get into Kelly's: tube tops. Well known as a meat market, Kelly's morphs into a sea of one-shouldered tops, backless halters and gold chain/shell necklace-wearing, plaid-shirted guys. One good reason to push your way through this crowd, though, is the Jell-O shots. The color's always the same -- red -- and though the taste can vary from delightful to Robitussin-like (depending on whether your evening is starting or ending), it's a bargain at $1. And admit it. Kelly's is a fun place to people-watch for a few minutes. There's always room for Jell-O.
