Ditto the recreation of the danse macabre in Late Night Theatre's A Scarrie Carrie Christmas Carol. On a budget stretched as tight as Joan Rivers' forehead, Ron Megee's Carrie White stood center stage draped with crepe-paper blood while cosmic decorations rained down about him. Even the basketball goal telekinetically swung down and crushed De De DeVille's butch gym teacher. The question people kept asking later: "How did they do that?"
