Though the velvet VIP booths haven't moved, the downstairs part of Lucky Brewgrille in Mission has completely transformed. The hip-hop DJs and Patron-and-Red Bull crowd have been replaced with Silver Strike, two pool tables, electronic darts and enough room for chest bumps and high-fives after the home team scores. The new and improved sports lounge, with the full NFL and Big 10 satellite packages, is home to the Catbackers, a K-State alumni group, as well as a growing number of University of Iowa expats who come to watch games on the six flat-screen monitors.
