Our mom told us not to scrimp on shoes or handbags, and we'd like to add something else to that list: sushi. We've learned our lesson the hard way with all-you-can-eat sushi dens. But Sushi House, a Zen-like oasis in the middle of Town Center Plaza, has the freshest, most delicate sushi we've found. Instead of slathering its offerings in sauces -- to masquerade a not-so-fresh taste, perhaps? -- Sushi House lets the flavors of the fish shine through. The only unpleasantness is at the end of our meals, when we realize how our negihamachi maki and spider rolls have added up. But when it comes to raw fish, you get what you pay for.
