Served in pairs, the doughy, flesh-colored milk balls at Taj Mahal are dense and sweet. The inch-thick globes rest in a light yellow syrup, sitting together in a little dessert bowl looking like ... well, like balls. After Taj Mahal's spicy main courses, biting into these round nuggets is a most satisfying climax for any visit. Kind of takes the edge off of a long day. As long as we're making sex analogies, though, we think it's best not to imagine what the sauce might represent. That's a real appetite killer.
