There's nothing unusual about a place that offers $1 domestic beers for happy hour, not even when it tosses in $4 martinis. But a place that combines $1 beers, $4 martinis
and $2 margaritas is going out of its way to satisfy happy-hour hunters. Granted, the newly relocated Garrett's still has its daytime kinks. (Ordering a sandwich begins a technological marathon so inefficient it's worthy of a Jeff Goldblum monologue.) But come on: $1 beers, $4 martinis and $2 margaritas? Excellent.
