We wouldn't want to live in St. Louis, but it's a nice place to visit. Besides the obvious visitor attractions -- the Arch, Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tours, the St. Louis Art Museum, and Forest Park -- our rival city to the east offers enough fun stuff to fill up several weekend jaunts. The museums alone will wear you out. On any given weekend you can visit The American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog, St. Louis Toy Museum, Museum of Contemporary Religious Art, Museum of Transportation, Museum of Western Jesuit Missions, National Great Rivers Museum, Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, the Black World History Wax Museum, the zany City Museum (sort of like a giant, interactive folk art piece), or the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame -- Home of the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum ("Two great sports museums in one place for one price!"). Then at the end of the day, when your pups are dog tired and you've learned everything you care to know about the 7-1 split, slide on over to the Landing for some hot music and spirits on the banks of the mighty Mississippi.
