Chef-owner Jason Pis Blue Fin Asian Fusion offers two different menus, although you may need to ask for the one that lists traditional Chinese and Korean dishes, such as cold jelly fish and spicy pork intestine. The dishes on this menu are often superior to the one designed for the non-Asian patrons with a couple of culinary creations that take fusion to a frightening place (Chinese spinach dip). Still, there many worthy dishes on both menus. Chef Pi is an artist at handmade noodles, and his soups and noodle dishes are first-rate.
