How long has it been? The last time the Kansas City Chiefs won the AFC West was in 2003, the same year the United States invaded Iraq. The Chiefs (and, inexplicably, the San Diego Chargers) changed that recent dismal history last week, meaning that Sunday's noon game against the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium (1 Arrowhead Drive) provides a useful curtain call for the Chiefs' remarkable season. With a win, the Chiefs will have won more games than they did in each of the previous three seasons. Oakland hopes to spoil the last regular season game at home, an opportunity for a rival to spoil KC's playoff seeding. Either way, though, the Chiefs have clinched a home game in the playoffs. So even though the AFC West is decided, the final chapter on this remarkable season has yet to be written. Tickets cost $37.70 to $278.10; call 800-745-3000.
