Restaurant Details

This Denver-based all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant serves lots of different Italian salads, pizza, entrees and desserts in a faux Tuscan "piazza," with cobblestone floors, stucco and stone walls, and lots of props evoking an outdoor market. It sounds like something out of Disneyland, but it’s cleverly done and many of the choices offered at the different “food stations” are surprisingly tasty. But the best time to enjoy this modestly priced Italiano food festival is during the brunch hours on weekends, when traditional breakfast items - Eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, french toast, made-to-order crepes - are served with the farfalle carbonara, the Tuscan-spiced rotisserie chicken and the caponata salad. — Charles Ferruzza

We first about this place when it first arrived here in the area. Fantastic in all ways - for the variety of the food from entrees, to salads etc to desserts , the excellent quality of the food and much more. The breaded calamari is devine and spedeni is very good. There is so much to choose from. You can just focus on some entrees and a salad or do the whole variety of foods as a tapas bar as I do. On weekends and Friday they have creeped which can be filled with your choice of fruit fillings, whipped cream, and whatever you please from the selection. There are salads, soups , pizza, spaghetti, meatballs and much more . Some of my friends think the quality fo Italian stuff is just okay but I feel it is excellent for the price and quality. I frankly don't understand how you can go to any other Italian price. When we go Italian that is where we come . I 've taken groups , my wife and our kids and they all love. And remeber even though it is buffet the quality is always excellent and consistent from all the times we have come. It can get a little noisey but the service is very good. If you have not tries it, you need to

1.Cinzettis pizza was so nasty for a place that is suppose to perfect all things Italian. When I called to make a reservation a rude gentlemen answered the phone, I was able to make a reservation though. When we arrived our reservation was not available and we had to wait in the foyer with about 10 other nice sized families. 20 min later we were taken to our seat and greeted by our server who was a very friendly young lady. Food was not good for almost 20 dollars a person, it lacked personality. Very easy to tell the dishes were made in extreme bulk. When I was walking to get a plate for my daughter I heard yelling and cussing and realized it was a boss or manager degrading a Mexican cook because something was burned, I just took my daughter to the desserts and ended the night. I will not go back and do not recommend this corperate money maker, this day in age we should patronize smaller more meaningful local restraunts instead of a giant corp ready to degrade anyone and spit them out as long as bottom dollar is good.
