With its unassuming façade, in a strip mall on the corner of College and Pflumm in Lenexa, Danny's doesn't look like much. From the outside, one would never know how easy it is to get sucked into the virtually windowless, neon-lit space with huge flat-screen TVs, all-day beer specials and cute waitresses. People of all ages come to Danny's early for its extensive menu and 50-cent taco nights, while a younger crowd holds the place down until 2 a.m. seven nights a week. Good for checking out local jam bands and the occasional blues act, this bar and grill is clean, friendly and reasonably priced.
